Email orders@kauairoastery.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Change-of-mind returns
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Coffee and tea must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened coffee and tea are not returnable for a change of mind. You pay return postage. The original delivery charge is not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Wrong or damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item arrives, contact us within seven days after delivery. Include photos if you have them. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no added shipping cost. We will tell you if we need anything returned and cover that return postage.
Refund timing
After we accept a damage claim or inspect an eligible return, we will issue an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your payment provider may take more time to show the credit.
