Kauai Roastery roasts coffee to order in Hanapepe. We currently ship within the United States. The delivery charge and available method appear at checkout. A carrier delivery date is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Dispatch
We aim to send in-stock coffee and tea within five business days after payment. If we cannot ship in that time, we will contact you with a revised date and a way to cancel for a refund.
Large orders and local pickup
Some larger orders do not have an automatic shipping rate. If checkout says no method is available, email orders@kauairoastery.com with the items and destination ZIP code. We will confirm a shipping quote before taking payment. Local pickup is available only when checkout offers it for the order.
Cancellations
To request cancellation before dispatch, email orders@kauairoastery.com with your order number. Once an order ships, the Returns & Refunds policy applies.
