Orders and pricing
Prices, available shipping methods, tax, and the final payment total are shown at checkout or in PayPal before approval. We may cancel an order when payment cannot be completed or a product is unavailable, and will provide a refund for any amount charged for an order we cannot fulfill.
Shipping and cancellations
Orders are governed by the Shipping & Orders policy. Large orders without an available checkout rate require a confirmed quote before payment. Cancellation requests must be sent before dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Returns, damaged orders, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy.
Subscriptions
Recurring plans, billing review, and cancellation are governed by the Subscription Terms.
